Step 2: Training Courses

10 x Training Module Programme

We provide 10 x Core leadership training modules as part of our core training programme. Each module is between 1hour and 1 hour 30 mins.

Our Training modules are suitable for any level of manager or leader that is looking to level up and be c-suite ready. So if you are a newly promoted junior manager or a seasoned Director or VP our training can help you level up.

We cover the core module program 1-on-1 or in groups. The training is delivered live online by Peter Simmonds our founder who has been on the c-suite journey and is now focussing on helping others to land their dream c-suite job.

The training concludes with set homework assignments to be done after the training course. Progress on the assignments will be tracked at the start of the next training course.
